Zinc oxide nanocrystals were prepared by homogeneous precipitation method using urea and zinc nitrate as raw materials. The orientation adhesion of nanocrystallites formed by connection of crystallites was discussed by the growth unit model of anionic coordination polyhedrons. It was shown that zinc
