Three solid forms of iopanoic acid were characterized by X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry, scanning electron microscopy, thermal microscopy, IR spectroscopy, and dissolution studies. X-ray analysis demonstrated that two solid forms were crystalline and that the third was amorphou

We have resolved and characterized three forms of human and rat hepatic class III alcohol dehydrogenase. Separations were carried out in narrow immobilized pH gradients. Both in humans and rats the three forms were visualized by enzyme staining with cinnamol, but not with ethanol. They were insensit

This work reports the preparation and crystal structure of a trihydrate of paracetamol. Crystals were grown by slow cooling of an aqueous solution of paracetamol to 08C. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction shows that the trihydrate crystallizes in the orthorhombic crystal system, space group Pbca, Z ΒΌ
