## Abstract A simple synthetic method for preparing the coreโshell latex particles containing fluorinated shell was presented. Polymerization was achieved by a lowโsheer monomerโstarved emulsion polymerization process, thus facilitating mobility and subsequent polymerization of perfluoroacrylate (F
