Intracardiac tumors are rare, particularly when first diagnosed in the prenatal period.' It is well known that they can present as ventricular tachycardia in the infant or pediatric patient.2 An in-tracardiac tumor presenting as fetal arrhythmias has not, however, been reported previously. The follo
