## Abstract ## Aims We assessed the effects of onabotulinumtoxinA (BOTOX®) on clinical and urodynamic variables in patients with idiopathic overactive bladder (OAB) and urinary urgency incontinence (UUI) with or without detrusor overactivity (DO), inadequately managed with anticholinergics. ## Me
