The phosphatidylcholine transfer protein tPC-TP) from bovine liver has a binding site for phosphatidylcholine (PC). Structural and molecular characteristics of this site were investigated by binding PC-analogues carrying photolabile, fluorescent and short-chain fatty acids. Analysis of the photolabe
