β¦ Synopsis
A simple method for the prediction of gel time and exotherm peak temperature is reported. The gel time and exotherm peak temperature data predicted using these equations are in fairly good agreement with published values. This has been confirmed by synthesizing new resins and comparing the predicted and experimentally determined gel times and exotherm peak temperatures.
