โฆ Synopsis
The paradigm of modeling that this paper is concerned with is the deterministic and mathematical modeling of continuous and interacting variables, through a set of generally non-linear equations. The domain of application is the product design of electronic systems. In this domain there is a complete absence of meta-level physical models, that with little topdown design information could predict performance and cost. This paper describes models and motivation for building this tool set, fulfilling the above requirements. Practical, real-life applications to Product Pricing, Marketing, Technology Forecasting, Design Options Analysis and R&D strategy determination, etc. situations where these models have been used, will be
