✦ Synopsis

Using power law potential as an eIIective potential, the tine structure of mass spectrum of QQ and Qq system is examined. We find the masses of D* and D within 20 MeV of their experimental values. We predict the masses of D,=,, ,,0 to be 2.47, 2.44, and 2.30 GeV and that of D;=], to be 2.36 GeV. For Ds,=l.l.o and K,, we obtain the values for their masses of 2.57, 2.55, 2.42, and 2.48 GeV. We also calculate I$,,(O)I' for QQ and Qq systems. We find Jo=220 MeV and fB= 143 MeV with the normalization that f* = 93 MeV.
