APANAS'EV~ reported that chloraminc-I3 is a good substitute for chloraminc-'1 in analytical chemistry. B. SINCli AND G. SINGIL~ used chloraminc-B as an osiclizing agent to dctemline indirectly potassium iodate, potassium metaperiodatc, potassium bromatc, potassium &chromate, hydrogen peroxide, chlornminc-T and potassium pcrmanganatc by a potentiomctric method. In the present investigation chloraminc-B has been used as an oxidizing agent for the potentiomctric determination of potassium ferrocyanidc, hydroquinonc, hydrazinc sulphatc. potassium antimonyi tartrate, ferrous sulphatc, quinhydrone, potassium iodide and arscnious oxide. In acid medium these substances react with chlomminc-B according to the following equations :
