Abstract
Ultrasound imaging of congenital anomalies in utero is feasible. Fetal intracranial details of a posterior fossa cyst were demonstrated by sonography. To our knowledge, an ultrasonic antenatal diagnosis of a posterior fossa cyst has not yet been reported.
