✦ Synopsis
Objective: The MPTP-lesioned mouse model of basal ganglia injury was used to investigate the effect of exercise in facilitating neuroplasticity and recovery. In order to elucidate the mechanisms underlying exercise-induced plasticity, the effect of exercise on biochemical, morphological, and behavioral parameters were measured.
