✦ Synopsis

SUMMARY
A new method of post-detection phase combining diversity reception based on maximum likelihood detection is proposed. This method, called maximum likelihood decision phase combining (MLPC), is shown to reduce signal processing volume, and the conditions under which symbol error occurs are analyzed theoretically. Computer simulation analyses of bit error rate (BER) performance indicate that MLPC diversity reception achieves performance almost equal to that of the currently used orthogonal baseband combining (OBC) method. ## Abstract A solid‐phase microextraction (SPME) method has been developed for the determination of six benzoylureas (diflubenzuron, triflumuron, hexaflumuron, teflubenzuron, lufenuron, and flufenoxuron) in natural orange juice based on the direct immersion mode of a 60 ΞΌm polydimethylsiloxane/divi
