β¦ Synopsis
The conditions of the generation of maser radiation by a thunderstorm cloud are considered. It is shown that such generation is possible both in continuous and pulse regime manifests. Examination of the linear lightning leader is introduced: this leader is a moving focus of maser radiation, which forms itself whilst passing through a non-homogeneous area of a thunderstorm cloud, that represents itself using a progressivity transparent lens.
