Experimental data on the dist~bution of aluminum between liquid iron and silver at 1600ยฐC are presented. The effects of carbon and silicon in the iron are shown. Recent data of Hillert on the cell: Al(s) /AlClr in NaCI(l) [AI-Ag alloy(s) are extrapolated to obtain the activity of aluminum in liquid
