Adhesives data are presented at -320' to +400"F for adhesion to aluminum or stainless steel t o indicate that poly-2-oxazolidone-type adhesives give poor results when conpared to epoxy amine, polyurethane prepolymer amine, or a mixture of the latter two resins.

Surface coatings of the polyurethane type with good resistance to weathering have been developed from diisocyanates with partially benzoylated wattle tannins as hydroxyl source.\*
The role of prepolymer on the interfacial strength of polyurethane-based assemblies is examined for two hydroxyl-terminated (telechelic) polybutadienes, R45M and R45HT. Although it is known that both prepolymers lead to very different adhesive behavior, the reasons that explain this are not understo
## Tannin/ Polyurethane Adhesives for Bonding Aluminum Tannin-based adhesives for wood have already been reported by different author^'^^^^^^. These tannin-based adhesives behave similarly to synthetic phenol/formaldehyde or phenol/resorcinol/ formaldehyde resins. This similarity in behaviour coul
