## Abstract Polymerizations of amines and nitriles in a glow discharge generated by inductive coupling of 13.5‐MHz radio frequency are investigated by employing the measurement of closed‐system pressure change. It is found that nitrogen in those compounds are incorporated into polymer in a nearly s
