The treatment has been extended to both the case of no limitations being made to the values of the rate constants an

✦ Synopsis
The length-distribution of sequences formed from reacted and unreacted monomer units during reaction has been discussed on the basis of the scheme developed for this process. In the case of poly(vinyl chloride), the reacted units are polyenes. The dependence of sequence distribution on conversion and conditional probabilities has been derived. The effect of elimination parameters (,c and 8) on the time-dependence of the distribution function of sequences has been illustrated by some typical examples.
