Poly(amide-ester)s containing p-aminobenzoic acid derived from three di †erent diols (1,6-hexanediol, 1,4-butanediol, and trans-1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol) and two di †erent acid chlorides (sebacoyl and adipoyl chloride) were synthesized by melt polymerization. The thermal and viscoelastic behaviour
