Pralidoxime chloride (PAM-Cl)-loaded poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) (PHEMA)-based hydrogels were prepared by bulk copolymerization of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) with different mol fractions (0.02-0.10) of trimethylsilyl methacrylate. Characterization of the gels was done by dynamic swelli
