The specular reflection spectra of xenon difluoride singk crystals were observed in the 25 to 44 kK reaion. A nreviouslv unreported band was observed with a peak reflectivity at 30.6 kK. It is suggested thii aiises from a &ngletGriplet transition. In his studies of powdered xenon difluoridetantalum
