✦ Synopsis
The polarity of a,o-diaminooligoether derivatives, as determined by inverse gas chromatography, was investigated. The effects of structures of the compounds on their polarities and on the hydrophobic effective lengths are discussed. Different relationships between polarity parameters are considered and appropriate increments of the polarity parameters were determined for characteristic groups.
