โฆ Synopsis
The electron-phonon interaction has been studied in arsenic by means of point-contact spectroscopy. Two different types of d 2 y /dI2 spectra with positive and negative intensities are observed. While the positive spectra are caused by the classical trajectory effects of the ballistic charge motion through the contact, the inversed spectra are explained in terms of weak localisation. This interpretation is supported by magnetoresistance measurements. point-contact spectra, a good agreement can be found.
