## Abstract ## Objective Spontaneous pneumomediastinum is a rare complication of dermatomyositis (DM) and polymyositis (PM). The aim of this study was to characterize this complication and determine its prognostic factors. ## Methods We retrospectively collected a multicenter series of PM/DM cas
