## Background and purpose Multiple sclerosis (MS) patients discontinuing natalizumab are at risk of rebound of disease activity. ## Methods In the present multi‐center, open‐label, non‐randomized, prospective, pilot study, we tested whether treatment with glatiramer acetate (GA) is safe and effec
