Zusammenfassung-Planare Defekte, wie Antiphasengrenzen, Zwillingsgrenzen, Stapelfehler und Verserzungskorngrenzen wurden innerhalb yen Musscheidungen in einer U-3.93 Gew.-O; Cu-Legierung beobachtet. Die Strukturen dieser Grenztllchen wurden analysiert : der vorwiegende Bildungsmechanismus wird gesehen in dem Zusammenwachsen der Ausscheidungen.
