✦ Synopsis

2+

ÁHPO 3 2À ÁH 2 O, contains doubly protonated piperizinium cations, hydrogen phosphite anions and water molecules. The component species have normal geometrical parameters and interact by way of NÐHÁ Á ÁO and OÐHÁ Á ÁO hydrogen bonds, resulting in [010] chains of alternating [HPO 3 ] 2À and H 2 O species, crosslinked by the organic moieties. A possible CÐHÁ Á ÁO interaction is also present.
