A no¨el piezoelectrically adjustable array of mirrors is proposed for large reflector antenna surface distortion compensation. As compared to the con¨entional approach with ¨ariable phase shifters and amplitude feed array, significantly lower rf loss, mass, and cost reflector antennas can be achie¨ed with this inno¨ati¨e approach.
