We have developed 2 picosecond flash photolysis method together wilh transient spectral measurements over the entiw visible, and some parts of the near UV and near IR regions. S,? + S1 absorption spectra of nnthracene were obtained as micrcdensitometer tracings of photographs throughout the region 390-920 nm.
