Persistent hole-burning of the triplet ligand-centred state in [Rh(phpy)2bpy]' in organic glasses is reported. In the scanning range of ? 3.8 GHz, no sideholes could be detected. From luminescence-line-narrowing and hole-burning experiments in moderate external magnetic fields of up to 0.83 T, it is
