✦ Synopsis
Photoelectric properties of a polymeric PVK TCNQ charge transfer complex have been investigated as a function of component weight ratio, wavelength and intensity of light, temperature and voltage; the investigation also covered the kinetics of photoconductivity. The results have been interpreted using Poole-Frenkel's theory and Onsager's theory of recombination.
