## Abstract ## Background. We describe the first case of extensive squamous cell carcinoma in the temporal bone recurring after surgery, conventional radiotherapy, and chemotherapy, which was treated using planned fractionated boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT). ## Methods. A 42βyearβold patie
