## Abstract It is demonstrated that silver nanoparticle (SNP) arrays fabricated by combining nanoimprint lithography and electrochemical deposition methods can be used as substrates for metal‐enhanced fluorescence, which is widely used in optics, sensitive detection, and bioimaging. The method pres
