✦ Synopsis
We report experimental data nn the resistive transition of granular superconductive composites made of YBaCuO grains sintered in a silver matrix. As the grain concentration is decreased, the transition region broadens, eventually resulting in the disappearance of the zero-resistance state for the lowest concentrations. A percolation model involving weak superconductive links, whose critical temperatures of transition to the normal state are distributed at random, is shown to account for the experimental behaviors. We show that the junction critical temperature distribution function can be deduced from the experimental data: it fits with a log-normal function.
