✦ Synopsis

Peritectic interaction of Y 2 BaCuO 5 and Y 2 BaCuO 9-δ phases with the Y-Ba-Cu-O system flux melt has been modeled. The sequence of phase transformations in the Y 2 BaCuO 5 -«Ba 3 Cu 5 O 8 » and Y 2 BaCuO 5 -«BaCuO 2 » systems when forming the YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7-δ single crystal compound has been established.
