## Abstract The films with composition Ni~__x__~ Mn~__y__~ Ga~__z__~ (__x__ = 50 ± 5, __y__ = 25 ± 5, __z__ = 25 ± 5) were deposited by flash‐evaporation or sputtering on mica and glass substrates and annealed in a high vacuum at 673–973 K. X‐ray diffraction at room temperature reveals the presenc
