✦ Synopsis

We report results of our study of phase-ordering kinetics in curved two-dimensional systems using a time-dependent Ginzburg-Landau equation. Specifically we generalize the model A and B equations to curved surfaces, derive an interface equation of motion for model A dynamics, and propose a new method of calculation of the structure factor valid for curved surfaces.
