We stud,y phase properties of generalized coherent states obtained from usual Fock coherent states by adapting classical methods of statistical mechanics, in particular, the well-known procedure of thermodynamical limit. Moreover, we show that there exists a close connection between these states and

✦ Synopsis
We study the thermodynamical property of a Dicke model with classical spin. As in the quantum case, the model exhibits a phase transition associated with the spontaneous breaking of the gauge symmetry. We calculate the thermodynamical equilibrium photon state in a relatively simple way both at any temperature and in the presence of an external field. We emphasize that the phase transition is connected with the existence of an observable phase operator below the critical temperature. Some Calculations for I'C in the N-Particle Model.
