β¦ Synopsis
In this paper, by analysing a windowing signal with Fourier transform, the leakage-induced phase error is investigated, and the phase error distribution is indicated. Furthermore, a practical approach to correct leakage in a discrete frequency signal to obtain accurate phase information is presented based on an analytical method. The correction result is that the phase estimation error is reduced to within 1 degree in the given example. Some practical examples of this method are also presented.

This paper advances a new method which can correct the spectrum peak value of the rms spectrum in order to decrease the errors that exist when the spectral line is not on the peak. The authors first use the barycentre of spectral lines in the main lobe to obtain the coordinate of the spectrum peak.

The phase content of amylose-water mixtures (0.7/0.3 w/w) has been analyzed by transmission Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy in the 1175-950 cm(-1) region. Spectra are obtained under three different conditions: (a) as a function of temperature (T) from 25 to 97 degrees C; (b) at room t
