✦ Synopsis
Phase relations in the system La 2 O 3 -NiO-Li 2 O at 700, 800, and 900°C have been investigated by solid synthesis, X-ray diffraction analysis, and chemical analysis. Only the ternary compound La 4 NiLiO 8 was found in the system. X-ray diffraction data of La 4 NiLiO 8 are presented.
