The pharmacokinetics of total and free tiazofurin, an antineoplastic agent, was studied in healthy mongrel dogs following intravenous and oral administration of the drug. The free fraction of tiazofurin was obtained from plasma by an ultrafiltration technique using a micropartition system. Total and
