✦ Synopsis

Katrina Throne’s life was exceedingly dull as hell. She wanted more than what fate delivered her by birth. Where was the challenge life promised? Where was the adventure? In her eyes, death was starting to become a welcomed solution. One her job could easily rectify. She was a Phantom Knight, after all, a group of extraordinary female harpy warriors, task with protecting humanity against paranormal creatures from her world. She loved battle, the chase, the hunt, but lately life was starting to become repetitive and not to mention lonely. Maybe two centuries of existence were enough. Lucas Mason was a tech God. He had been working for a man with no real intellect of his own while trying to find his place in life. Luke worked his ass off finishing at the top of his class in the field that he loved only to become part of another man’s dream. That wasn’t what he wanted out of life. Having no real family, he longed to find love and start one of his own. Unfortunately, Luke wasn’t as socially inclined as his male colleagues. He was bashfully shy in an era of dominant males. Finding love was proving difficult, that is until she walked into his life.
