About the Author
Ridley Pearson is the award-winning coauthor, along with Dave Barry, of Peter and the Starcatchers, Peter and the Shadow Thieves, Peter and the Secret of Rundoon, Peter and Sword of Mercy, Escape from the Carnivale, Cave of the Dark Wind, Blood Tide, and Science Fair. He has also written more than twenty best-selling crime novels, inlcuding Killer View and Killer Weekend, and the young adult fantasies Kingdom Keepers-Disney After Dark, Kingdom Keepers II-Disney at Dawn, and Kingdom Keepers III-Disney in Shadow. He was the first American to be awarded the Raymond Chandler/Fulbright Fellowship in Detective Fiction at Oxford University.

Fly with narrator Jim Dale through Peter PanΓs third adventure. Lord Ombra kidnaps Peter, and Molly and the Starcatchers follow them to Rundoon, home of the maniacal King Zarboff. Dale organizes the vast geography of the adventure so youΓll never lose track of the story. He manages individual voices for pirates, children, villains, and Tink without overacting. His warm, conversational reading moves the action forward and engages the listener. Dale has the uncanny knack of knowing his characters; he presents each personality to us as an intimate acquaintance. One caveat: Due to low sound levels and DaleΓs relatively constant pitch, this recording is not for listening in the car. Much of the dialogue then becomes muffled.
