Different

transition metal oxides wirh the perovskite structure have been studied. Some manganeseperovskites with a highconcentration of tetravalent manganese were the only perovskitecatalysts that gave acceptable performance in TFE-bonded air cathodes. TFE-bonded air cathodes with cobalt and nickel perovskites both suffered from high polarization and a low stability.
