✦ Synopsis
1780s' and 'Long climatic series [station data] from Austria'. The reference section to the late Jean Grove's chapter on 'The onset of the Little Ice Age' is very good. But my preferences do, of course, reflect my overall interests and biases.
The book is accessible to the advanced undergraduate onwards. The book would be useful for undergraduate and postgraduate teaching as well anyone with an interest in past and recent climate change or variability and to some extent its impact on past societies.
