Electron spin resonance (ESR) allowed the analysis of the encapsulation of amino alcohols and amino acids labeled with nitroxide groups into multilamellar liposomes. The stability and permeability of these phospholipid vesicles were studied in terms of time dependance and structure of these biomolecules.
