✦ Synopsis

Abstract

The previous concepts of MO theories in terms of crystal field and ligand field theory have been found confusing in careful contrast to practical observation and findings of molecular oxygenation. The present perennial electron mobility and consequent flood of mobile electrons has been found to explain these observations, accounting for the quantum transition state (QTS), ensuring right randomization. The processes of conformation and isomerization have been shown possible over the mobile bed of electrons under controlled energy conditions tamed by finer T‐t (time and temperature) adjustments. The process of NO~2~ isomerization has hinted to O~2~ also as isomerizing agent in QTS of oxygenation.
