## Abstract Aortopulmonary (AP) window, a communication between ascending aorta and pulmonary artery, is usually nonrestrictive and causes severe pulmonary vascular obstructive disease early in life. Only in 10% of the cases it is restrictive. There are sporadic case reports [1–8] of device closure
