Percutaneous bone grafting with a specially devised milling cutter was used in 21 patients with nonunion or delayed union of fractures of the tibial shaft. Union was obtained in 18. The technique is safe, simple and can be done under local anaesthesia. R 6 s u m 6 . Une technique simple de greffe osseuse percutande utilisant une trdfine spdciale pour le traitement des retards de consolidation et pseudarthrose de la diaphyse tibiale est ddcrite.
