## Abstract An important challenge in regenerative medicine is the design of suitable bioactive scaffold materials that can act as artificial extracellular matrices. We reported previously on a family of peptide‐amphiphile (PA) molecules that self‐assemble into high‐aspect ratio nanofibers under ph
